Justin Chambers, the Grey’s Anatomy star of television show, tells People magazine that a prolong sleep disorder led him to check into UCLA’s psych ward.
In an exclusive interviw with People magazine, Grey’s Anatomy star reveals his biological sleep disorder.
It’s an issue that I’ve had for a while. It’s a biological sleep disorder. Your mind keeps racing, and your body is tired. It wants to go to sleep, but it can’t.”
Justin Chambers, 37, has five kids with his wife Keisha, 38. The heartthrob says, prior to his visit to UCLA’s psych ward in January, 08 he was sleeping not more than an hour a week.
It sounds crazy! He did not sleep more than an hour a week. It’s quite possible, how one can maintain mental and physical balance with almost no sleep.
And as per Star magazine reports, the heartthrob was found moving in and out of consciousness in Palm spring.
However, the star’s health condition is improving after his treatment at Resnick Neuropsychatric Hospital, and he is adopting a normal sleep pattern.
He is playing Dr Alex Karey character in Grey’s Anatomy. Hope he gets well soon and his return to ABC series is expected on April 24th.
